Our Mission
Partnering Together’s mission is to support veterans in securing and maintaining safe, stable, and affordable housing, utilizing the Housing First Model.  We provide direct care through individualized case management and financial assistance, as well as by providing referrals to resources essential to housing stability such as employment, healthcare, and benefits enrollment.  We aim to ensure that no veteran is left behind, empowering our clients to rebuild their lives with dignity, self-sufficiency, and autonomy.
Services
Services can include, but are not limited to:

Client-centered case management

Rental assistance

Security deposit assistance

Moving assistance

Budgeting assistance

Housing search assistance and housing counseling

General housing stability assistance

Emergency housing assistance

Connection to appropriate community referrals including VA resources and benefits

Eligibility
Eligible veterans will be at imminent risk of housing loss or currently experiencing homelessness. Veteran households must also meet income requirements. Please note, we are unable to provide mortgage assistance, only rental.

We serve the following areas in Virginia and work collaboratively with VA medical centers in Washington, DC, Martinsburg, WV, and Richmond, VA.
